What do we do?”

Residential Care Homes (RCFE) also referred to as Board and Care Homes are the best choice for people who need help with daily life choices, meals, medication monitoring and personal care.

We, at KLM, have established strict standards, at every level, for our network of Board and Care homes.   As part of our accreditation standard, we have compiled a thirty (30) point inspection list which each home must comply with to be established with our organization.   As owners, we have personally visited and inspected each home.  We do not employ sales or marketing agents.

We assist in the development and implementation of the residential care needs for each resident on an individual basis.  We interview the family members who desire to assist, and will answer phone calls or emails from those who may be out of the area or state. Our referral service is a no cost referral to both the patient and family.

Our homes provide a family atmosphere with lovely gardens and peaceful surroundings.  Our homes can arrange for incontinent supplies, house calls and visits from physicians, nurses, labs, podiatrists and hair and nail professionals.

We provide hospice certified or shared rooms.

As each of the homes in our network is credentialed to our standards, we can firmly and honestly state that “our” network is of the utmost integrity.  All of the homes in our network are licensed care facilities in the State of California.
